Not only is Ed a great hot dog griller, but he's also a very generous man. For many years now, Ed has donated all of his tip money to the Littleton Public Schools, specifically for the purchase of new books for the libraries. According to his website, he has donated over $16,000! The Shaker Lane Library recently received an Ed's donation, and I was able to purchase some new books. The kids and I are grateful for these updates to some of our favorites!
